This flock is for someone looking for something a little different, all selected breeds are small and dainty but full of character, classed as Ornamental hens they are perfect pets. Friendly and very sweet natured this flock will make a wonderful group of garden companions and be something completely different.
- Rare Chabo AKA Japanese Bantams are very unusual in the U.K, they are incredibly striking and have low hanging wing tips, they are aloof at first but once they trust you become very friendly and affectionate.
- Polish Bantams are just bonkers! They are such funny characters, they love people and will enjoy all the attention you can give them.
- Modern Game are fantastic little hens, we love them here, they are so clever and inquisitive and a little bit fearless, they will really enjoy your company and can sit in the palm of your hen.
All these breeds would be happiest in a back garden setting, with a large covered walk in run and lots of time out in the garden with you, they really like human interaction, not the best laying hens they are more for pets and companions, can be great for children provided they are handled carefully. A wonderful mix of something truly unique or you garden.

We offer a local collection for your hens and we can also deliver chickens to your door across most of the mainland U.K.
Nationwide collection points are coming soon.
Delivery.
- All deliveries are completed by our own poultry team who have DEFRA poultry
moving licences, we do not use 3 rd party couriers. - No multi farm pickups or drop offs to maintain bio security.
- 100% accountability for the health and wellbeing of your hens on their journey.
- Once you have placed your order our team will contact you by email to offer you a delivery date, if this date is not convenient we will then look to offer another.
Delivery Prices.
£3.50 Local Delivery, within 15 miles of BS40 6AX
£60 Mainland UK Delivery (nothing north of Perth)
£84 Southern Scotland (we cannot deliver higher than Perth).
Simply select which option you would like at checkout, all prices include VAT.
Nationwide deliveries are subject to order numbers. Delivery is usually within 10-14 days, please do not order until you are ready to receive the hens.
Please Note: If you order live chickens and accessories we are able to deliver both at the same time with our special courier service.
Collection for Chickens
Collection Options.
- You can arrange to collect your hens either locally to our farm at BS40 6AX. Local collection will be arranged post purchase, we will contact you by email to arrange a date and time convenient for you within our working hours, we do not offer collections on Sundays.
- Nationwide Collections are currently being organised and will be available soon.
